40 cases at 10–15 minutes each works out to roughly 8 hours of active learning. It is designed to be chipped away at in 20-minute daily increments — a few cases a day and you will build your pattern recognition steadily across a couple of weeks.

What is the best way to work through these chest cases?

Actively scroll through the DICOM images, commit to a diagnosis, and submit your findings to the AI Attending before looking at the answer. This active learning builds the workstation muscle memory you need for call.

Are these cases suitable for my first night float?
