About Navigating Radiology
Meet the Founder

Dr. Rajesh Bhayana
Body Radiologist, Assistant Professor
Rajesh is a practising body radiologist and assistant professor who built Navigating Radiology because he saw the gap between what trainees learn in lectures and what they need to know on service. What started as a YouTube channel grew into a full case-based learning platform used by residents and fellows worldwide.

Bridge the gap between knowing radiology and reading it confidently.
Radiology education has relied on static images, dense textbooks, and passive video lectures for too long. Navigating Radiology gives trainees what they actually need: real cases on a real viewer, with feedback that teaches — not just tests. Every course is built around the principle that you learn to read by reading.
How It Started
Navigating Radiology began as a YouTube channel where Rajesh walked through cases the way he teaches at the reading station — conversationally, systematically, and with a focus on the findings that matter. Trainees responded, and the channel grew. But YouTube has limits: you can't scroll through a scan in a video. So Rajesh built a platform that lets you do exactly that — practice on real DICOM datasets with a PACS-like viewer, guided by AI feedback that teaches the way an attending would.
