How long does this course take?

20 cases at 10–15 minutes each works out to roughly 4 hours of active learning. It is designed to be chipped away at in 20-minute daily increments — a few cases a day and you will be through it in about a week.

Is this course for residents or fellows?

Both. R4–R5 residents preparing for body rotations will get the systematic framework they need. Fellows will use it to sharpen their approach to the high-stakes cystic lesion characterisation and staging decisions that come up daily in GI oncology.

Does this course cover pancreatic protocol MRI vs. CT?

Yes. We teach the key sequences in the pancreatic MRI protocol, why MRI adds value over CT for specific lesion types (especially cystic lesions), and when MRI changes management compared to CT alone.

The pancreas produces more radiological anxiety per centimetre than almost any other organ. Cystic lesions are everywhere. Most are benign. Some are premalignant. A few will kill the patient if you miss them. Distinguishing between them requires a systematic approach you probably won't develop waiting for cases at work.

This course gives you that approach. Twenty cases covering solid masses, cystic lesions, diffuse abnormalities, and rare pathologies — chosen to teach key principles without overwhelming you with repetition.

By the end, you won't just recognise PDAC or IPMN on a page. You'll know what to look for when a pancreatic cyst comes up on your worklist.
